Why an account is locked?
An account gets locked while any negative transaction (e.g. withdrawal, transfer out, etc.) from the account is being executed.
Once the transaction is completed, the account gets unlocked automatically when the balance gets updated from the trading platform via the Report Server (for MT4) or Backup Server (for MT5).
However, if there was an issue, while transaction processing (e.g. delay in an update from Metaquotes), the account might remain locked.
